Competition T&Cs

Please see the below T&Cs relating to our Giveaway Competitions. By entering our competitions you agree to the below T&Cs. These are subject to amendments where appropriate. 

• There will be a total of 8x winners at The Essex Carp Show raffle. Each winner will win one the stated fishing prizes or 1x Beanie Hat of their choice of colour from the available range (Green, Grey or Camel). 

• There is also an Instagram/Facebook giveaway that runs alongside. There will be 3x winners who will receive a Fisheri goody-bag that has 1x beanie hat, 1x boilie needle and 1x pack of pop-up sweetcorn in it. 

• The winner(s) will be chosen at random by the Fisheri team, where the decision is final. No correspondence/disputes will be entered into.

• The winner of the fishing tickets and private tuition are bound by the providers T&Cs. 

• Fisheri will not be held liable if the named prize winner becomes unavailable or prize cannot be fulfilled. 

• Fisheri reserves the right to cancel/amend the competition at any time.

• No purchase is necessary. 

• Prizes cannot be exchanged. 

• Prizes do not have any monetary value. 

• Winners must have a UK address to send the prizes to. 

• The prizes have limited sizes: T-shirts (Large & XL), and Beanies (one size). 

• Fisheri is not responsible for any quality issues with the prizes or damages incurred on the way to the prize winner via post or similar. 

• Delivery failures due to address issues will not be re-posted. 

• Competitions are to be run on Facebook and/or Instagram. By entering you agree to a complete release of responsibility for the social media platform to which you have entered. 

• Competitions are also entered into in person at The Essex Carp Show 2023 where these T&Cs still apply.

• Our promotions are no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram and/or Facebook. 

• You agree that involvement is at your own risk. 

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Fisheri's reasonable control, Fisheri reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. 

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason. 

• The winners name and social media handles may be posted on the social media profiles of Fisheri after the winner(s) have been selected. 

• Maximum 50 entries per person when tagging. 

• Both current competition (Essex Carp Show & Social Media) end at 5PM (UK time) on the 30th of January 2023. Entries will not be accepted beyond this time/date.
